From May 16 to 18, the three-day 15th China International Battery Technology Exchange Conference/Exhibition (CIBF2023) came to a successful end in Shenzhen World Exhibition&Convention Center. In a short three-day exhibition period, there were a continuous stream of visitors. This exhibition attracted more than 360000 visitors from home and abroad, the highest number in the past years.

Advantage 3: Good consistency on A/B side, consistent moisture content on both sides, and consistent peeling strength of active substances on both sides

The coating slurry on the A/B side comes from the same feeding tank; The consistency of the A/B surface slurry is good, the drying frequency of the AB surface is consistent, and the moisture content is consistent. The AB surface is dried simultaneously, and the stress consistency on both sides is good. At the same time, it can reduce the moisture content of the electrode. Based on the above, the A/B surface of the electrode is more uniform and consistent compared to traditional methods.

Advantage 4: Compared with traditional coating machines, it saves more than 30% energy
