In October, China's new energy production and sales continued to set a new record, with a market penetration of 16.4%. It is expected that the annual production and sales volume will exceed 3.1 million. Data show that in October, China's production and sales of new energy vehicles completed 397000 and 383000 respectively, an increase of 1.3 times year-on-year; From January to October, the production and sales of new energy vehicles were 2.566 million and 2.542 million respectively, an increase of 1.8 times year-on-year.
Driven by the rapid growth of new energy vehicles, the installed capacity of power batteries also showed explosive growth.

In October this year, the installed capacity of power batteries in China reached 15.4gwh, a year-on-year increase of 162.8% and a month on month decrease of 1.8%. A total of 39 power battery enterprises have realized loading supporting. The top ten enterprises are Ningde times (49.9%), BYD (20.4%), GuoXuan high tech (5.2%), AVIC lithium battery (5%), Tafel (3.1%), Yiwei lithium energy (2.8%), honeycomb energy (2.3%), Xinwangda (2.1%), Ruipu energy (1.1%) and Funeng Technology (1%), 10 enterprises accounted for 92.9%.
